Analyze semiconductor & EDA markets, research market conditions and develop strategic partnerships especially in Taiwan, establishing product positioning including new product rollout, contract negotiation, sales forecasting, revenue driving, tactical marketing, and key account management. Assess competitive landscapes and conduct product pricing strategy to accurately price, forecasts and differentiate sales channels and to evaluate, structure and gain business development opportunities; provide competitive analysis, market mapping and monitoring of the marketplace to ensure most up-to-date competitive and market information with which to make sound business decisions and determine best business and growth opportunities; develop and implement products launching and promotion plans . Master's in management/marketing + 2 yrs. pre-or post-grad exp. in job duties with semiconductor/EDA products.

R&D Engineer

Develop new EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools using C, C++ & Tcl in Unix/X-Window environment, research and develop lithography process modeling algorithms for layout patterning simulation. Research, design and develop algorithms and applicable programs for UDSM IC (Ultra-Deep Sub-Micron Integrated Circuit) layout correction including OPC (Optical Proximity Correction), PSM (Phase Shifter Mask) and SRAF (Sub-Resolution Assistant Feature) generation etc. Design and implement computational geometry and computer graphics algorithms for IC layout operation, such as layout pattern matching, polygon resizing and layout boolean operation. Research and develop algorithms and computer applications for high-yield IC design and manufacturing. Design, implement and support programs for very large scale layout database handling, develop and design computer applications for handling GDSII and OASIS layout data files. Develop, support and maintain graphical user interface for layout debugging and display. Set up diagnostic routines for applications. Maintain and support existing layout tools as needed. MSEE + 2 yrs. exp. Will accept Ph.D in EE in lieu of 2 yrs. exp. with research exp. in optical proximity correction system & lithography simulation system development. Must be able to perform job duties.
